Guacamole

Did you know Guacamole dates back to the 16th century with Aztecs who called it ahuaca-mulli, which literally translates as “avocado sauce” or “concoction”... the Spanish changed name to “ahuacatl” and then turned it into “aguacate,” which gradually changed into “avocado” and “ahuaca-mulli” became “guacamole”.
