~Guacamole~
Did you know Guacamole dates back to the 16th century with Aztecs who called it ahuaca-mulli, which literally translates as “avocado sauce” or “concoction”... the Spanish changed name to “ahuacatl” and then turned it into “aguacate,” which gradually changed into “avocado” and “ahuaca-mulli” since became “guacamole”.
Step 1
Cut avocado in half with butter knife.
Scoop out inner goodness into a bowl & mash w/fork.
Add all other ingredients one at a time mixing in w/fork. Salt to taste.
Ingredients
2 Avocado’s, barely ripe(fresh)
1T Lime, freshly squeezed
1T Red Onion, chopped fine
2T Cilantro, chopped
Cumin, Coriander, Cayenne to taste
—I use approx. 1/4t each1-2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4t Himalayan salt or to taste
Step 2
Garnish w/chopped cilantro, lime wedges, and Love!
May also add in Jalapeno, chopped for an extra punch~
