My mission is to help those who wish to heal through regular yoga practice, utilizing herbs and foods to feel better, and utilizing ideas of expansion beyond what we know on the surface.

Conscious Choices for All is creating & a keeper of natural ways to Heal thy Body & our Planet, always giving back to Organizations that are working to make Earth a better place to Be.

Partners are given back to yearly within different initiatives & include: Green America, Bee Girl Organization, MoveOn, Nature Conservancy, and SYRCL, as well as other sources where fitting..

I have been growing my experience over the past 30 years, obtaining degrees in Natural Health (including Naturopathy: Herbalism, Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, & Iridology), Yoga, and Permaculture.

My passion is helping humanity to have a more Holistic Approach to Living here, Our Home!

As a mother of 4 (2 boys, 2 girls), I especially love assisting other mom’s with their families well being. I enjoy reaching out in a way that matters!
