Mother Nature knows…

It all started when I was becoming a grown woman around the age of 17, over 30 years ago now! I was leaving my childhood of being sick too many times, intuitively seeking better health. First I became a vegetarian into my early 20’s. Learning about better nutrition was my introduction into becoming healthier. In this process, I was inspired to also use herbs for healing common ailments. My first child was born in January of 1995. From that time on, I used herbal medicine to treat my family(including my 4 children) whenever needed. I would make teas, baths, compresses, using acupressure, sound healing, and other healing methods. Some success stories will be shared here in healing stories from recent clients on an ongoing basis.
