What to Do?
Place prepared coconut milk w/other ingredients in blender.
Cold version: Add in some ice & blend until smooth. Serve up in a frosty glass!
Coconut Milk Quick Recipe:
Place 1T Coconut Butter(raw) in blender w/4c Pure Water.
Blend until smooth, then pour into glass jar. Makes 32oz
Ingredients
8oz Coconut milk(recipe below)
1T Almond butter
1T Maca powder(gelatinized)
.25c Dates(soaked & drained)
1/2t Vanilla extract-Organic
pinch of salt
Final Notes…
Well this is no doubt one heavy duty loaded power filled shake!
Coconut meat is loaded with saturated fat, half of which comes
from lauric acid, which can help raise levels of heart-protective HDL(good) cholesterol.
Also may help you lose weight because
it’s a good source of fatty acids, medium-chain triglycerides(MCT).
-MCT has been shown to increase metabolism and give a sense
