Rainbow Slaw
This salad is refreshing, savory & sweet!! Crunchy goodness w/variety of veggies & herbs:)
What to Do?
Toss together the cabbage, celery, pepper,
carrots, and raisins.
Mix dressing, whisked into a small bowl or blended.
Pour dressing over
top & toss again w/pepitas!
Ingredients
2c Napa Cabbage, shredded or sliced thinly
1c Celery, sliced thin
3/4c Red, Yellow, or Orange Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2c Carrots, shredded or grated
1/4c Raisins(optional)
1/4c Pepitas or Sesame seeds, raw or slight toasted
3T Parsley or Cilantro, chopped
Dressing:
1/2c Sesame oil, raw
2 T Tamari, Nama Shoyu(raw tamari), Braggs or Coco-aminos
1 T Honey, raw*Salt to taste

This salad is Deelicious, Raw, and can really be made many ways
alternating ingredients that you have(:
Loaded w/most vitamins & minerals, a lil protein from the seeds.
May leave out raisins to reduce sugar, still Yumm!
*Fennel aids digestion & is excellent for nursing mothers.
