My family have always loved when I blend up some fresh lemonade over ice on a hot summer day(:

~Recipe makes 2 Good Thirst Quenching Servings~

What to Do?

Fill blender up with 4c pure water. Add in lemon juice, fruit, gogi’s, and/or herbs. Blend, then add in sweetener of choice. Blend until smooth & Injoy~

Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon, juiced-approx. 3T

  • 1t Raw honey or monk fruit powder, optional

    *Choose one or more of the following:

  • 1T Gogi berries

  • 1c Strawberries or Raspberries, fresh or frozen

  • pinch of Lavender flowers

  • pinch of fresh Mint

So refreshing and balancing. Lemon is loaded w/ Vitamin C and
is alkaline in the blood, helping to combat illness!
The addition of fruit is such a bonus, herbs even
more so, spoil thyself if you can, why not?!
