Layer ingredients in order from top to bottom into each bowl~

1/2c Kale, shredded or thinly sliced
2c Cauliflower rice or Quinoa, cooked
2T Ghee
2/3c KimChi or Sauerkraut
1/2c Sprouts of choice, I used Sunflower
1/2c Carrots, grated
1/3c Sprouted Almonds
1 Avocado, sliced

Final Notes…
I made a version above w/sauteed Kale, which will shrink down
tremendously when cooked. If you do this, don’t exceed 3 minutes
so you maintain the healthy nutrition: Vitamins C, K, Magnesium,
Fiber & so much more…
