Layer ingredients in order from top to bottom into each bowl~

*makes 2 generous servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2c Kale, shredded or thinly sliced

  • 2c Cauliflower rice or Quinoa, cooked

  • 2T Ghee

  • 2/3c KimChi or Sauerkraut

  • 1/2c Sprouts of choice, I used Sunflower

  • 1/2c Carrots, grated

  • 1/3c Sprouted Almonds

  • 1 Avocado, sliced

This is a very healthy sprouted, fermented, live & easy creation that’s great anytime, omit heated ingredients in the Summer:)

Final Notes…

I made a version above w/sauteed Kale, which will shrink down
tremendously when cooked. If you do this, don’t exceed 3 minutes
so you maintain the healthy nutrition: Vitamins C, K, Magnesium,
Fiber & so much more…
