What to Do?
Pick up your beautifully washed piece of pottery, bowl or mug that you love. Begin adding all ingredients, layering into your masterpiece to nourish yourself one spoonful at a time! Flax or Chia can be ground in coffee grinder to make easier to chew & be digested, so your body will receive all those great benefits of EFA’s (essential fats missing from most of our diets).
Ingredients
1c Organic Plain Yogurt, my fave is Straus or Nancy’s
1c Fruit of choice, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries & Banana
*Acai frozen chunks or dried powder is a bonus1/2c Granola of choice, I love Purely Elizabeth or Bob’s Redmill (Blueberry Lemon in photo)
2T Hemp, Chia & or ground Flax seeds
1t Raw honey, optional
