BLAT Sandwich
This wonderful sandwich can also be made awesomely without Avocado, I actually prefer this way although others love Avo on everything(:
Step 1
Toast sliced bread, if not fresh, slather w/mayo. Grill Fak’n Bak’n on each side for a few minutes. I use cast iron skillet. Slice or just break in half and place onto prepared bread.
Top w/tomato & lettuce…Wallah!!
Ingredients
Whole grain bread of choice
Veganaise or another great mayo is Wildwood
Tomato, preferably Heirloom, a few slices
Lettuce, preferably Romaine
Avocado, optional, I like without
Fak’n Bak’n, Lightlife tempeh strips are best
-2 long strips should suffice
Step 2
May also add Avocado or Peanut Butter, but not so sure about both together?

Final Notes…
My kids really loved this rendition, we got the peanut butter influenced by our local co-op (Briarpatch). Great w/o too &
healthier if you know about the mold found in most peanuts..
hence, more research needs to be had whether this is a health food?
